Things to know before booking
All locations reserve on a first-come, first-served basis
Event space hours located INSIDE of The El Dorado Frontier are:
Mar 1st - Oct 31st, 11am - 5pm
Nov 1st - End of Feb, 11am - 4pm
Able to start decorating 1 hour before open
Balloons are welcome for decorating, but leaving remains of popped balloons on the ground will incur a cleaning fee.
Please ask us about the proper disposal methods for balloons.
All party guests entering The Frontier must wear wristbands
Event space hours located OUTSIDE of The El Dorado Frontier:
March - November, 7am -7pm
November - March, 7am - 5pm
Please be aware that an additional fee will be charged if your party remains after closing time. To avoid this charge, ensure that your space is cleaned up and your party has exited by the designated closing time.
Our party sites range in price, capacity, and accommodations so please see each site for more details.
Holiday and special event pricing may vary.
We do charge a refundable deposit to cover any potential damages, ensure the space is cleaned, and confirm that the party has exited on time, as well as address any other violations of our rules. If everything is in good condition after your event, we will promptly refund the deposit. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Rain Policy:
We understand that rain is unpredictable. If it rains on the day of your event, while we’re unable to offer refunds, we will make every effort to reschedule your event for another date that works for you.
